We want you to love your Noella candles. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund. This applies to all orders, including bundles.

How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at areswilliams25@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. We'll reply with next steps and, if a return is needed, where to send it.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, not working, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
